- For meditations, I actually really like Jana Roemer. This is a quick 7 minute one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGzLDVUvrqk), but a bit woo-woo (however, I love woo-woo so that's why it's my number one here).
- This next one is also pretty woo-woo but involves some physical movement and breathing techniques pretty similar to what I do in my prenatal yoga classes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZREELWNfVM. Some of the moves are a little funky but are fun to try.
- This link leads to (probably) my favourite prenatal yoga class I've ever found online, partly because it's really helpful and partly because it's in a very similar style to what I teach https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otwCFoMxzJQ&feature=youtu.be
- This last video is much more down to earth, pretty short but still useful as prep https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OO1ldUKksJk.
- This is a very classic hypnobirthing meditation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEEUdcu40cs and is appropriate for early labour. I would suggest however you listen to it lots of times before early labour so that the words and flow of the meditation feel more natural for if/when you choose to also listen to it during labour.
- This video isn't necessarily a meditation but a really amazing breathing technique that often becomes a meditation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfGwy6Hu9-g.
- There's also a podcast you can check out from Sweet Stella's Guided Mediations called "Meditation for Labor and Birth" and I also love everything about the "Australian Birth Stories" podcasts.
- And BirthTube on Facebook. But I'm sure I already told you that.
